1. Returns & Refunds:

We accept returns/refund requests under valid circumstances (such as damaged, defective, or incorrect products received). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.

 

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:

A clear, uncut parcel unboxing video starting from the sealed package is strictly mandatory to claim any refund, return, or replacement for missing, damaged, or wrong items received. Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

 

3. Return Window:

You must raise a return or refund request within 3 to 7 days of receiving your order along with the unboxing proof.

 

4. Refunds Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item along with the required proof, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
